About
My name is Alexa Young
Elisa's journey into wellness began with a fascination for how our body heals — through movement, nutrition, breath, and therapeutic touch. That curiosity has shaped over a decade of study and practice across multiple healing traditions.

She dedicated several years to formal training at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine and Sutherland-Chan School of Massage, developing a strong foundation in clinical practice. However, it her yoga practice and travels abroad that taught her that healing isn’t just clinical—it’s a holistic, whole-being experience.

As love for yoga evolved, it became less about outer movement and more about a quiet, inner transformation. She pursued Yoga Teacher Training and later expanded her studies into Ayurveda, deepening her understanding of TCM and the energetics of mind–body balance.

Elisa went on to study sound medicine, esoteric acupuncture, and holotropic breath work, which enhanced her practice and expanded her ability to address the nervous system and emotional body through more integrative, somatic-based care.
